Use this page after your tenant, client, guard, resident, or control-room invite has been reviewed. It explains where to sign in without exposing passwords, reset links, or private tenant data in the URL.

  1. Confirm the invite was sent by your tenant administrator or Pin My Guard platform team.
  2. Use the separate password setup email sent to the invited address. Never share the reset link.
  3. Sign in to the correct portal or mobile app for your role.

Activation URLs are routing helpers only. Passwords, reset links, emails, emergency GPS, client reports, resident details, admin files, evidence files, and private tenant records are never placed in the URL.
